唤醒了我环保的意识

上班每天打包也不环保

自备饭盒去打包吧

大家购物时记得尽量不要用plastic哟!!

把买的东西都塞进包里吧，

这是新加坡家的附近

早晨跑步无聊拍的

记得上一趟回家

和朋友叙旧 聊天超开心 朋友呀就是什么都可以聊

大家替我高兴到了新加坡赚新币 还能出国到处跑

朋友就是永远那么支持你 让你充满动力

对呀 以前我跟大家一样 觉得新加坡是个好地方

我差点都忘了。。。

一路走来 向上爬的路永远都艰难一些

这几个月里面 认识了各地的老板和代理 交了一些我觉得很了不起的朋友

就好像这次我行李留在韩国 是一个新航的运输部头头托她在韩国的staff帮我运回来

其中还得到了新航运输部经理的帮忙

真的是好大一个人情 万分感激

在上海也跟导游打成一片 他们八月份还来马找我呢

这种缘分是千金不换的

有些朋友甚至托我帮他们在新找工作

其实啊 我想说

朋友你们别只看到别人的好

你们没看见我坐在办公室里 被老板骂的时候

我的老板在旅游界 是出了名的疯子

没有Sales的时候时间是很难过的 他会不停给压力

老板跟我们的立场永远是对立的

他打算盘得是员工做多多 拿少少

同事们会抢sales

这种角斗是很累的

我不认为这是十八岁人该经历的

我有时候啊 就当看不见算了

朋友们 记住一句话 还是家里好

有时放工心情不好

就和楼下的猫玩 宠物和baby一样有逗人从心底笑出来的魔法

心情不好时看到他们就好了

这只是 波斯猫吧

她已经认得我了

有时候心情不好 会在楼下哭完才回家

呵呵 想不到吧我也很脆弱的

开心笑 伤心哭 也不是什么坏事

哭不出来的时候才惨

当我们在办公室很无聊的时候

生意难做

老板要是看到了会疯掉的

下午闷到睡着了

新加坡真的是无聊

也没有lengzai 是个鬼地方

东西也吃不惯。。。T.T

其实这次回马看到大家读书也不容易

想回去每次考试连续几个月不能睡好的日子

真的这种精神折磨 压力也是很大的

尤其是读高三的朋友 都读得很吃力

我在想 好才没有留下来 那种日子 十七岁一年就够了

要背moral economi那种白痴又没有用的definisi

叫我考试真是 恐怖的记忆

现在的小孩真的不容易啊呵呵

难怪新加坡有小学生跳楼自杀的

所以呢 我向你们看齐 继续加油哦!!

往上爬的路总是比较艰辛的

累的时候想一下自己的梦想吧

很有效的

p/s: Sonia, 如果选定了这条路就积极去做

不要浪费时间在其他方面了

老实说这行不用文凭的 diploma就够了

需要的是经验

加油啦 这行是很有前景的．．．

Work @ Korea

考考大家的眼力 这里边可是有三架飞机同行的

很荣幸的我又有机会到韩国带团了

而且这次领五十九个人 在机场Check-in时可帅了

别家旅行社的人只有看的份 嘿嘿 可骄傲的

公司派两上两个领队 我和雪雯  超好的飞机上终于有伴了

看见雪雯紧张的 跟我自己第一次带团的时候一样

在飞机上交代了一些韩国注意事项 两个人就在无聊的拍照

有同伴的感觉超好 好像度假哦哦

加上她是马来西亚人 所以特别关照她

飞机上她讲了她的love story给我听

又是一个无怨无悔付出的女生 我想起了某人~

给他发了sms 要做第一个在首尔对他告白的人嘿嘿嘿

 这是我最爱的南夷岛

六月分来樱花都谢了 风景差了点

每次到这里客人分散走 我就有点孤单了

oh lonely~ i feel so lonely~~~ ♫♫

以后有机会真的想跟朋友来

韩国确实是很美 人又朴素率直

不像新加坡心理变态很多哈哈哈哈

                                                 到了韩国我还是上男厕的 男厕快嘛

                                                 你知道啦 领队不能让客人等嘛

                                               但到了上海不能 上海男厕所吓坏人。。。


         我在韩国的师傅（司机） 奶奶的他超疼我

花是他路边采的 然后帮我带上

迟点把他帮我在打机场赢娃娃的video po上来

可能是觉得我太小了吧 韩国人都是二十一二岁读完书才出来工作的

所以到那里大家都很照顾我 给我加菜加饭的


这次去韩国遇到不少熟人 比如说餐厅老板娘 酒店柜台经理

两个月前才来过 大家都还记得我 感觉超亲切的

比如那个酒店柜台经理

话说导游拿少了客人的早餐券 原本是要赔钱买过六张的

结果我去柜台的时候　他都免费补给我十张 不然我就亏了哈

而且这一次我团年轻人多 好照顾的

比上一团轻松多了 客人也是很nice的 百年难得一见

最后一天在韩国做团队check-out时房卡出问题

语言不通害我跑上跑下的 最后找出是其中一个客人忘了交房卡

好了上车点了人头 确认客人的行李都拿好后 提醒大家护照记得拿 好了出发

结果我自己的luggage忘了拿上车

到了机场花了65000won（SGD76.50)从首尔酒店用面包车运到仁川机场

其实心里很着急怕行李赶不及运来 但装冷静帮客人办理Check-in

还带团员到前台介绍机场的登机口和翻译注意登机时间

送了客人后 我死捶死打导游 叫他帮我打去催 急死我了

导游说他服了我 怎么没把人也忘记带来呢他说=.="

结果为了一个老太太 怕他来不及上飞机 因仁川机场很大 还要坐一段地铁去搭飞机的

只好放弃我的行李 先送她到登机口了

好心痛啊我 65000won白花了

很难得的是

到了上海导游说带我买衣

我在想 查了房后店都关门了 那里买衣服啊？

我真的很郁闷啊。。。

竟然在查房的时候 客人纷纷主动借衣服给我 什么一次性内裤，charger都给我

我心里超感动的 百年难得一见的客人

到了城隍庙请了大家吃南翔小笼包 开心的一次旅程

第一晚到了上海就不说了 每个导游都见过面的

晚上去吃上海龙虾 喝到三点多 叙旧感觉很好

第二天转机到韩国济州岛 导游的妈妈竟然当天暴毙

一个大男人站在我面前眼睛都红了 看得我心痛 叫他什么都别管了 快赶回去

他必须马上飞回首尔 中间看得出客人担心行程有影响

于是马上联络代理安排另一个导游马上飞过来济州岛（每半小时一趟内陆班机）

见到新导游才算是安心了客人

这个导游啊 很有经验很爱开玩笑 我们在韩国玩得很开心

只是每晚我都被抓去喝

第一天跟他合作 晚上卖餐成功

晚上他请我吃济州岛出名的生鱼片

哇。。。韩国喝酒礼仪超多，我一直出糗！！

十一点多接了车送客人回酒店后

我还是第一次喝醉 上厕所走路浮浮的 都是他扶着我去的

然后陪我到外面休息 k房太吵了 很体贴 就是一副小妹喝醉了要照顾我的样子

反而是导游出来上厕所 开门看到我们两个 就说哎不好意事 超搞笑

反正谁看到一个女孩醉了都会照顾吧

第二天早上我精神很好 可能因为工作吧

反而他很迟才下来吃早餐 导游开玩笑说是被我搞的

哈哈 好像是我先晕的吧。。。

我算是犯了大忌

以为不说没人懂 第二天马上客人就问我了

说昨天那个韩国人很帅 问是不是我男友？？

我吓！！？ 怎么看出来的？？ 客人在我们就喝喝酒聊聊韩国的礼仪而已。。。

客人说那男的就一直望着我看 看了整晚。。。

暗爽咧我还不知道。。。呆

算是艳遇啦和大家分享分享我乐得咧

这趟出国喝酒喝怕了

上了飞机睡着都会被叫起来喝的那种

客人在飞机上好像开party叫啤酒喝的

一生喝的酒加起来没有这趟出国喝得多 好疯狂 我怕了

下次不会了

so, hypothesis: i'm doubting if human going 2 live in jungle in the future

at e first place, ppl like to live at alpine,

the estate in highland bcum valuable

so i inference that ppl going to move into jungle in the future

jungle is cleaner n peaceful which ppl likely more into ryte

hey uncle n aunty!!  pls stop 2 send ur son n daughter to tuition class

but send dem to jungle to learn how to survive

Tonite

i just called home and found out that

thr's some probs happen again in my family
i always know that i cant do much with this issue
one hand cannot clap ryte?
It's about mutual understanding

very upset hor

its a thorn in my heart.

And then i saw CL on msn

he encourage me when i'm upset each single time

from a single normal word he can tel i'm no good and need to talk

he is the most caring person in the world
nvr failed to cheer me up

In the past working experience,

i had learn many things from my China boss and colleagues,

thier brain working speed is like 1000km/hour,

Sometimes to please ppl or sweettalk the customer,

lots of skills to learn and u must know what cannot say,

i'm a straight forward person so sometimes

i'm struggling from those "biz survive rules"

til my dad point me the way out

b true, n ppl will then come back to you.

OMG did i just forgot that this is the easiest way out?

working life is totally different compare with skul life

feel grateful for every single scene turns up in my life

gona postpone my home sweet home plan,

 yesterday my boss called me,

said that he consider to open a branch in KL,

n asked for my help to do him a small favour,

well...i'd like to help as payback cuz he has provided me many opportunity in e past,

so...delay my go home date to 20th May,

even just 10days postpone i still feeling so unwaitful,

not in home when mother's day,

phailed daughter...

Today is my off day,

finally i can rest at home ,

at this moment,

thinking bout my dream,

my bakery dream stil need many money to start off,

if i wana do it at 22years old,

i hav to work very very hard yes i know,

but when ppl working hard to earn $$,

somehow...ppl will 4get their original target,

and then feel tire and unsupported,
we right ryte must go thru all these,

It's a very tiring work experience

can u imagen i work for 24hours in these 10 days?

even midnite stil got customer called to my room,

recall that time before departure

quite stress and much worriness

plus i nvr took flight before

i question myself

can a lil gal lead such big group to transit flight 4 timess,

in this 10days trip,

i took flight for 5 times,

1st: from S'pore to Shanghai
2nd: from Shanghai to Jeju Island
3rd: from Jeju island to Seoul

4th: from Seoul to Shanghai

5th: from Shanghai to Singapore

fly til syiok...=.="

But there is also a good side, i got a chance to experience business class,

thx to my tour guide arrange all of this for my very 1st woking trip hah XD

Hm, working in strange place ler,

facing so many probs and uncertainty,

my group got 32 pax,

most of them are senior citizen,

plus a pregnant lady was in my group.

i treat them with much patient,

i dont even pay that much patient to my mum...

my pax had train me much. =.="

 

in this trip,

i felt lonely,

especially when im in Nami Island,

It's a very beautiful Island on Spring with sakura everywhere.

the korea drama Winter Sonata "冬季恋歌" is shoot here.

i'm so lucky i was thr at the right time,

I enjoy viewing sunset in the sakura bloom.

Perfectly a good time except for absent of frens' companion

At that point of time, my excitement has no way out.

walk toward the lake,

OMG...i'm totally impressed by the sunset scene,

duno how to describe, so grateful.

btw, korean is nice and friendly,

i tried to talk to one local kid but he duno english n i duno korean language

before i left, i write a frens'name on the tree.

i would like to go wit u all next time,

n show u ur name tat i written on Nami Island.

in this trip,

i made frens in korea & shanghai,

i easily get cold person,

That was a raining day in Korea,

if im not wrong there's just 4~8'c outside,

damn cold n i hav to leave my travel bus (inside got heater) to find missing 4 pax,

as they din come back on time.

Me and tour guide searching through the streets & underpass.

till my hand numb cant feel anything,

Im' frost wtf.

finally tour guide found them,

when we got back to the travel coach,

 

i show master (driver) i breathe the smoky air out from mouth cuz it's too cold,

master rub my left hand to warm me up,

he said:" bla bla bla akashi" (korean language)

i knew akashi means miss (lady)

On the spot tour guide translate for me "poor girl"

then i give him another hand to rub hahaha~

I can feel the caring they are so lovely.

n they always bought me nice food in korea

as they said that i'm too thin hav to eat more...

when in Shanghai,

the guide oso generously carry me upas he said i'm new

many ting to learn,

my shanghai guide very nice and humour person,

So it lighten my woriness under good mentoring

most important thing is

we perform good coorperation in Shanghai and that make us money LOL...

 

tour guide in shanghai and korea oso told me tat sg pax not easy to serve,

and that they like malaysian pax better...

Ok i ego dont mind me LOL

again i miss my fellowship.

holy holy tiring to please a low quality customer

i didnt off for 2 weeks

thinking of go home tis week to suprise my dad coz 1st of may is his bufday.

Honestly...
 somehow i feel lil bit unwilling to lead a group of singaporean,

since i working in customer service line here in Singa Land,

I've seen tons of complaint case,

as we know Singaporean like to complaint lah,

am not trying to bring them down,

It's just that they will frequently "feedback" regarding small issue,

and that my boss greatly concerns abt complaints
1. Negative feedback has broad and permanent exposure when customer post online or go to newspaper, it's biz killer.
2. My boss will take it as another chance to exploit the staffs,
it's staff's benefit killer.

Some sort of feedback benefit a biz future in a way,

But badly, most of e negative feedback i've seen is due to greedy,

It's an excuse to ask for compensation.

Overall S'porean are keen to learn and helpful

Such as my colleage they all nice guy.
ARH...god bless me!!

that is: "Tel urself that u choose to accept challenge but not being force"

and true we've the choice

我就开始紧张了 我才expect一个A呀

一到校就听到鬼仔喊我

她考两个 算是厉害的了

肥婆跟我一起拿成绩

两个傻婆也不懂紧张什么

从行政楼跑到学生楼才敢看成绩

哈 我拿四个 开心呐！

倩也替我开心

这么真的笑容只有中华才看得到
